This quick reference guide will provide you with all the tools needed to start living your new lifestyle in the woods. Wildridge, is a premier multi-gen master-planned community by Ashlar Development. The board of directors contracts with CCMC for community management services on behalf of the residents. CCMC, a national leader in community management, provides a dedicated team to assist in overseeing and maintaining the daily operations of the community.
We host a variety of events for all interests through our Lifestyle Program. Mingle at the next happy hour social, catch a yoga class, or enjoy live music at a community concert - there’s fun for everyone! Now that you’ve moved in, we invite you out to explore the trails and parks, meet your neighbors, and experience what living life in Wildridge is all about.
To best serve residents, your community association team is available by appointment ONLY Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm at 3500 Wildridge Blvd., Oak Point, TX 75068, by the community pool. To schedule an appointment please call 469-362-9000, or email us at wildridgetx@ccmcnet.com
  • Email Blast: Residents receive weekly e-mail communication from the association team including The Weekly Catch on Tuesdays and Life on the Wild Side on Thursdays.   • Facebook: The Wildridge Community Association runs only one Facebook page which you can "like" and "follow" here. This is where your Lifestyle Director will post and go LIVE during events.
What Now? 
You have officially signed the papers and got settled in...now what? 
  • How-To Get Your Amenity Cards - In order to receive amenity cards, you must attend a Welcome to Wildridge (Wildridge 101) event. All Welcome To Wildridge events will be hosted virtually. If you would like to sign the Amenity Agreement before the event, feel free to do so here. Otherwise, at the event, you will have the option to sign the Amenity Agreement which will activate your amenity cards. Please be sure to schedule an appointment following the event to pick up your amenity cards at the office.

  • Welcome Bag & Welcome Committee - If our Wildridge Welcome Committee hasn't already done so, they will be coming by with your Wildridge welcome bag! This committee consists of fellow homeowners who volunteer their time to meet the new neighbors in the community.
