When is the Association office open/ closed?
The onsite staff works Monday-Friday: 8:00AM to 5:00PM. There are times when the staff will not be present in the office due to offsite meetings, preparing for events, or homeowner inspections. The staff is available by appointment ONLY.

The Association is also closed on all major holidays such as New Years', Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
When and how do I pay for my assessments?
Quarterly assessments are $270.00 (Assessments are due on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st & October 1st)
We want to make the process of paying for your assessments as easy as possible. Therefore we have multiple payment methods for you to use such as direct debit, electronic checks, and credit card payments. To learn more about the payment options available to you, click here.

Amenity Card Retrieval & Activation
I do not have amenity cards yet. How do I get them?
You can receive your amenity cards by RSVPing and attending a Wildridge 101 event. These will take place every other month. Be on the lookout for an email in regards to the next one to attend.
I have my amenity cards but, they are not active.
If you have not already turned in a signed Amenity Agreement, your amenity keycard will not work.
